Spinach Dip
1. Crabby Toast
1 Spinach Dip Mix
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Sour Cream
2 tsp Lemon juice
1-1/2 cup Imitation Crab Meat - shredded
Toasted Bread
Mix first five ingredients and refrigerate
1 hour. Spread on toasted bread and enjoy!
2. Spinach/Ranch Dip
Make Spinach Dip per directions and add 1
Tbsp. Ranch Mix to it!
3. Italian Stuffed Shells
2 lbs ground meat
2 (8oz) pkgs. Cream cheese
2 pkgs. Spinach Dip mix
¾ cup of 3 Cheese Blend (Parmesan, Romano,
and Asiago Cheeses)
½ medium onion, diced
1 large egg
minced garlic, salt and pepper to taste
1 lg pckg. of jumbo pasta shells
16-24 oz spaghetti sauce (your own or ready
made)
Cook ground beef, adding onion and minced
garlic until browned. Mix meat with cream
cheese and Spinach Dip mix in large bowl.
Add shredded cheese, salt, and pepper. Let
cool. Add egg. This filling can be made one
day in advance and refrigerated until ready
to use. Cook pasta shells in boiling salted
water. Drain and cool. Stuff the shells with
the meat mixture. Place the shells in a large
baking dish and cover with spaghetti sauce.
Cover with foil and bake 350 for about 45
minutes.
4. Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Use a full package of Spinach Dip and follow
prep directions. Add half can of chopped,
drained artichokes. Serve with crackers or
in a hollowed out bread bowl.
5. Beer Bread Dip
1 cup mayo
1 cup dried parmesan cheese
1 package Spinach Dip
Mix all together, bake at 350 for 30 minutes,
serve warm with Beer bread, broke into pieces,
to dip with.
6. Spinach Cheese Dip
4 Tbsp. Spinach Dip mix
1 lb Velveeta, cut up
1 8 oz cream cheese, cut up
1 can Rotel (diced tomatoes and green chilies,
drained)
Combine all ingredients and microwave on
high 5 minutes or until Velveeta is completely
melted, stirring after 3 minutes. Serve hot
with snack crackers, chips, or assorted cubed
bread.
7. Cheeseball
Add the mix to 8 oz softened cream cheese.
Stir in 1 cup grated cheese. Roll into ball,
and then roll ball into chopped pecans. Serve
with crackers.
8. Twisted Mashed Potatoes- Prepare about
5 potatoes, boil and drain. Before mashing,
add 1/2 cup of sour cream, 1/2 stick butter,
1 package of Spinach Dip Mix, and milk, cream
or buttermilk, as desired. You will have
a nicely seasoned and pretty speckled mashed
potato surprise.
