Pork Roast
Slice pork roast and serve with Gourmet To
Go Au Gratin Potatoes and your favorite vegetable
or salad.
For BBQ pork sandwiches, shred pork roast
and place meat on hamburger buns. Toast bun
and meat on sandwich maker or indoor grill.
Top with shredded cabbage. Serve with a side
dish, Pork -n- Beans or baked beans. BBQ
or hot pepper sauce is optional.

Put a 2-3 pound boneless pork roast in a
slow cooker. Completely cover the top with
Pork Roast Rub. In a small bowl mix a can
of cream of mushroom soup, 1 package of onion
soup mix and 8 ounces of chicken broth. Pour
over the top and cook on low for about 6
hours.
