Honey Pecan Chicken Coating

Sweet and Sour Chicken- Cut up pkg of chicken breasts into chunks, prepare as directed with Honey Pecan Chicken Mix.
You can flash fry it in the frying pan and transfer to baking dish, add diced red pepper and can of pineapple chunks.
Transfer to oven to finish cooking chicken with the honey and pecans. Meanwhile, boil as much rice as needed.
On a plate, put a bed of rice and top with the pieces of Honey Pecan Chicken with red peppers and pineapple.
