Fudge Pie

Turtle Pecan Cheesecake
Beat together the mix, 2 (8oz) cream cheese, and 3 eggs.
Crush 2 cups of cookies, graham crackers, wafers, etc. Mix crumbs with ½ stick melted butter.
Press into 9 inch spring form pan.
Pour mixture into pie crust and bake at 400 for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 200 and bake for another 40 minutes or until cake springs back to the touch.
Top with some caramel sauce, pecans, and melted chocolate.
