Blackened Seafood Spice Mix
Black & Bleu Burger Shape hamburger into
patties and shake to taste with GTG Blackened
Seafood Spice Mix. Crumble bleu cheese on
cooked patties and melt. Serve on bun and
garnish with your favorite toppings: bacon,
lettuce, tomato, pickle and onion.

Blackened Chicken: 4 medium skinless, boneless
chicken breast halves (about 1 pound) Cut
chicken breast halves into 3/4-inch-wide
strips. Put 8-9 Tbsp of Blackened Seafood
Mix in a plastic bag. Add chicken to the
bag, shaking to coat. Arrange coated chicken
in a single layer in a shallow baking pan.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degrees oven for
15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is tender
and no longer pink. Using two forks, pull
chicken apart into pieces.
Fill 24 mini taco shells or scoop-shaped
tortilla chips shells with chicken and top
with your favorite taco fixins and Pico de
Gallo.
For Pico de Gallo: Combine tomatoes, red
onion; cilantro; 1/8 teaspoon salt, and the
sugar. Mix well. Cover; chill for several
hours or overnight. 2 ripe medium tomatoes,
peeled and finely chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
2 tablespoons snipped fresh cilantro
1/8 teaspoon salt
