Bethany's 5 Minute Chocolate Fudge


1. Use as an icing for Double Fudge Brownies or Reese’s Cup Bars!

2. Mexican Orange Chocolate Fudge - Prepare fudge mix as directed but also add 2 teaspoons grated orange peel (fresh or dried)

3. Stir in 1/3 cup of Crunchy Peanut Butter!

4. Ultimate Chocolate Truffles - These treats will impress your family/friends and make a great gift for the holidays. These can no be any easier to make. Prepare Bethany's 5 Minute Fudge according to package. Chill in fridge at least 1 hour uncovered. Scoop out a small amount of fudge with a melon ball or small spoon and shape into about a half inch ball or any size. Roll the ball in any of the following: Coconut, Cocoa Powder, Mini Chips, Chocolate Sprinkles, Chopped nuts. You can also dip these into melted chocolate (white or dark) and let set for an added coating and special look. These can be boxed in candy boxes and candy foil cups found at the craft store.

5. Rocky Road Fudge - Prepare as directed and top with mini chocolate chips, mini marshmallows and chopped nuts (peanuts, pecans, walnuts).

6. Candyland Fudge - Top with one or several of your favorite candy bars chopped up (Snickers, Milky Way, Kit Kat, Reese’s PB Cups, Mini M&M's, etc.

7. Peppermint Bark - Simply chop up a few Peppermint Candy Canes and sprinkle on top of your dish of fudge.

8. Peanut Butter Cup Bars - Prepare a package of Peanut Butter Pie Mix with ¾ cup of corn syrup. Mix and spread onto your fudge and chill. If you want to get really fancy line your muffin or mini muffin pans with foil cupcake liners or plastic wrap. Place a dollop of fudge in each and press down or mold into the pan to make a well. Place a spoonful of PB Mix in the center, chill a bit and then top with another spoon of fudge to cover the top to make your own homemade Peanut Butter Cups.

9. Texas Hot Fudge - Hopping on the bandwagon of the latest craze in chocolate, which is adding chili powder to chocolate for a spicy kick. Add Chili Powder (as much as you desire) to the mix before you prepare in the microwave. Spread in pan and chill as needed. A little goes a long way. This will be hit with those who like a kick to their foods!
