Apple/Peach Crisp
1. Use the contents of bag and the required
margarine and sprinkle on top of ice-cream
or yogurt, use as a base for crust for any
of the pie fillings, or sprinkle over your
favorite cake or bread mix before baking.
2. Oatmeal Crisp Cookies- Add one stick of
melted butter to the mix and drop by tsp.
onto foil lined baking sheet. Bake for about
13-15 minutes at 350. Lift foil and let cookies
cool on foil. They are like the old fashioned
oatmeal lace cookies! These spread out 2-3
times the size of the dough ball so you can
only put about 12 on a cookie sheet. Careful
not to burn if left in the oven longer than
stated time.
3. Make the Apple/Peach Crisp mix and spread
into muffin liners for a crust, make spiced
cake mix from a box and fill muffin liners,
and then after you bake them, spread with
Caramel Apple Dip!
4. Blueberry Crumb Coffee Cake- Prepare Sweet
Fruit Bread mix as directed using fresh or
frozen blueberries. Spread into a round or
square 9 inch cake pan. Set aside. Mix a
package of Apple/Peach Crisp as directed.
Sprinkle on top of the blueberry batter and
then bake 45 minutes at 350 or until toothpick
is clean in center.
5. Pumpkin Streusel Coffee Cake- Prepare
Pumpkin Bread as directed, place in cake
pan (square, rectangle, round or bundt) and
sprinkle a package of Banana Nut Cheesecake
or a prepared package of Apple Crisp Mix
on top before baking. YUM!
